We want to be able to add a field that will allow us to incorporate data as follows:
A field that will allow us to list (like a spreadsheet?) multiple items to a particular lead or account.
Example
We are a non-profit and receive in-kind donations from companies and individuals. We want to be able to list specific items to a record, and sometimes there are multiple items from one company of individual.
A Patron donates multiple gift cards for auction at one of our events. We want to be able to list these individual cards to that patrons record.
I think there is a way to do this but cannot seem to figure it out
