Uable to start VO

Something went wrong after installing the servicepack. I tried to start VO and I see the starting window, but it takes ages to load the Group Discussions. I stopped it after 48 hours!!!! I deinstalled the SP, same result. I think something is wrong with the database, but I don't know how to solve this, any sollutions?
