UI improvements

The ZOHO interface benefits from the AJAX being used; however some suggestions:

** Some things are more important on a page than others. SEARCHING in contacts or EDIT is very important, things like DELETE, CLONE, PRINT PREVIEW, FIND DUPLICATES are less important. The Navigation should reflect this.

** EDITING Contacts
It might be good to offer a double click to edit a field, rather than hit the EDIT button? This would be true "Edit in place".

** Title bars on content too dominant
It is not "Contact Information" and "Description Information" title bar that is important to me, its the contents. Same with the field names. I KNOW its "Contact Name" - I can SEE the name. Its obvious its a name. Also, its obvious that it is the Contact Information - I dont need to be told. Clean up the display and focus on the content, but making these less dominant, or taking them out completely. This way the nav will be cleaner, the page cleaner and less cluttered.
You want to take notice of the simple interface of people like Basecamp/37 Signals, but maintain your advanced functionality.

WebEX looks similar to Zoho - thankfully Zoho has ajax so it is better to use. but it STILL looks complex; which is a shame because it doesnt have to. With a User Interface and design over-haul, Zoho CRM could be a true killer application online. :-)
