Do you think of a an easy way to share with you ideas that we have in order to improve the new UI? We can still post ideas here but if you have a better idea, I am up to hear about it.
For example, 2 things i believe need can be displayed better.
A) on a candidate page, with the new UI, it happens quite often that I click on the wrong icon to change the status.
I click on the Resume icon (number 2) instead of the status one (icon 1).
I know it's because I do things too quickly, but both icons are pretty similar, we don't have time to think about it and it made me realise why not using the status "text" (icon 3) as a button to change the status and get rid off the icon 1 ?
It would make more sense, it's more visual.
2) Somewhere else to git rid off non-useful clicks.
On a candidate list, when we select one or more, some buttons appears (the Action button (1) and the three dots button (2)).
- why showing two different dropdown list buttons instead of just one? It's confusing as some actions are not where we think they are, ie : I want to add tags and click on ACTION, but not, it's under three dots button... lost of time...
- I understand that they are a lot of actions and a dropdown list is an easy way to centralize everything, but why not using the huge blank space (3) on the right too?
a) instead of having the ACTION button, the perfect situation would allow us to choose and add the icons we need more often, and the rest of them because of lack of space, would be under a three dots icon then
b) if we can't choose which icons we want to add, because it's technically too difficult, then at delete the ACTION button and add some icons there and the rest of them put them under a three dots icon then. (Like you have done on the candidate page, same thing)
