UI/Usablity Feedback

Thanks for the beta invite.

Overall Very Nice and Fast. Great integration with other zoho apps. As a Human Factors guy, here is my initial feedback...

Integration
* Important: Saved Zoho Documents (from ZWriter,Zshow,Zsheets) should show up in my Documents area. Otherwise the integration is disjointed.
* Apps should be in the same state I left in, when I leave it. Example - I am on page 3 of a Zshow, I click on writer to see something and get back to ZShow, it shd be on Page 3. (Maybe a prompt to say 'do u want to save' when I switch apps)

My Documents
* WebFolders and all my folders should show up in the Tree View as well (Like Explorer, as of now it shows only Personal & Shared)
* Saved Zoho Documents (from ZWriter,Zshow,Zsheets) should show up in my Documents area. Otherwise the integration is disjointed.
* The Diskspace bar shows only how much I put in, not the total limit. (It shows I have used 44MB, out of what?)

Email & Calendar
* Calendars would be supremely useful if it syncs with GCalendar or 30Boxes (ping and autoupdate every 1hr, like you do in ZSheets)
* Email - should have easier intergration with web-based emails (Yahoo, hotmail, gmail) instead of POP mail focus.

Links
* In Links, Import icon is facing the wrong way (check ZSheets for the right icon)
* Add Links on the top bar, should show the actual links (think IE Fav) - All my Links should always be one click away AND without me leaving what I am doing.
Menu can be like this:
Add Links> Add New Link, then followed by actual links... Yahoo!, MSN, Hotmail etc (which opens in new window)

Main
* Search - if it doesnt search inside the imported documents, then its pretty much very limited. I uploaded 40 documents, and it would be great if you index it and do a search in it.
* New Document on the topbar, should be a click/drop menu - as a Document can be anything: Sheet,Writer,Show - not necessarily a text document. So when I click 'New Document'> New Sheet, New Writer, New Show' should apprear.
* Add New Page - I should be able to add a new external page, and access it using my sidebar. (Eg; my blog or my fav forum or my flickr page) - See Nexo.com for examples.

SideBar
* Autohide the sidebar
* Option to make the Sidebar like Windows Start Menu (with a taskbar)
