Um, I forgot my password and entered in no other 'password reset address' to mail a reset link to on my account
Hiya. I signed up for Zohomail a long time ago. I have since forgotten my password. And for some godawful reason my 'password reset' address according to the page that pops up after you ask to have your password reset.......is the same as the email address I am trying to reset, LOL.
I have since used the contact form on the site to place a request to reset it, but have no idea how the hell I'm going to verify it's "me".....is there a better way to reset the password than to have to wait on support to email me back? Thanks, Jen
