Unable to access Admin console/cpanel
Hey guys,
I setup zoho account to point my company email to it. I saw the admin console at some point and was able to interact with it at the time. About a day after that time, I couldn't even access the admin console again. I wonder where the link has gone to.
For two weeks now, I have been unable to resolve this. I have opened a ticket on same issue but I did not get a response.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this please? Thanks

I'm asking you all for any feedback as to the logic or reasoning behind drastically limiting portal users when Zoho already meters based on number of records.
