Unable to access login page

Unable to access login page

I have installed Zoho Office on a local machine on my network as host... it works fine if I login either with localhost or the local IP of my machine. However, if I try to login with my public IP address I am unable to get the login page.

I have forwarded the 8080 port using my router to the local IP... but it still does not work.

Is there anything obvious I am doing wrong ?
