Unable to access production environment

Unable to access production environment

I'm using custom solutions, and just in the last hour I've been unable to access Production. I have customers in there so is mission critical for my business. I have tried 2 different prod environments and 2 different browsers.

Is anyone else have issues?
Does anyone know where I can look to find the 'health' status of the environment in general so I can check without bothering technical support.
