Good morning.
For some reason I am unable to access the Sales Order Module for a specific user in my accounts department. When logging in the page loads the users dashboard but there is a separate error screen that appears on the dash stating the following:
When clearing the error and clicking on the sales order module I get another error page stating the following:

I have filled in the form and submitted it but to date I have received no feedback. Please assist as the user needs to complete billing.
