I have been unable to access my Zoho products for 3 days day. I can access our Zoho Mail control panel and can log in at accounts.zoho.com with my account credentials for darren@extremelightscapes.com
However, As of Very early Friday morning I have been unable to access my Zoho CRM, Zoho Support or Zoho Projects account. When trying to login, the system looks like it thinks I don’t have an account.
I call soho support and left a message on Thursday morning. A Zoho CRM support rep called me back Thursday afternoon. He said he was going to transfer me to a higher level technician, but then transferred me to the Zoho Support product team. I spoke with a Zoho Support product support specialist who said he would call me back with a solution within 12 hours. I have never heard back from him.
I have submitted 2 or 3 support tickets and have received no response or very poor, incorrect reposes like the following very much inaccurate/untrue response:

We have checked from Zoho CRM side and found that your free account under darren@extremelightscapes.com (lights@extremelightscapes.com is a secondary address for the same account) has been closed due to 120 days of inactiveness.
That is the reason you wouldnt be able to login to it anymore.
However, a link to download your data in it would have been sent to you and you can download your data within the 15 days from when it was sent to you.

That is not true. darren@extremelightscapes is the main account that I have been using everyday. There has beenno inactivity. I am a paying customer, have been paying for and have been using the product every day!
Why can I not log in????? I use these tools every day! I was logged in yesterday!!!!
It's not just with Zoho CRM - same thing is happening with my Zoho projects account and Zoho Support accounts. I run my business using Zoho and am at dead standstill until I have my access to my accounts reinstated.
i can log into Zoho mail control panel and into my Zoho Accounts Ccontrol panel still just fine. But CRM, Projects and Support act like I do not have an account, but I DO!
Please fix ASAP.

I rely on Zoho products to help me run my business and due to a glitch in your systems I have been left “hung out to dry” for 3 days now. I need access restored to my CRM, Support and Projects accounts immediately for the login ID: darren@extremelightscapes.com.
Please advise immediately as to when you will have this taken care of and provide me with the name of the individual and the management team that will handle the solution. It has been ridiculous that I am having to try and work with 3 or 4 different Zoho internal teams in order to solve problem involving a common login across all platforms. Please advise immediately.
