Unable to activate account

Hi

ive got a weird issue. I've tried to register an account with my wife's company email address kontakt [at] vetsandpets [dot.] pl

I received an activation email - i've clicked it. I got an info that my account is active. So while trying to sign in with my credentials i got an info that.. my account is not activated so zoho can resend activation mail once again. So im in the loop - and still i cannot do anything with that :( how can i solve this issue?
