Unable to add Account Name to Potential report

Unable to add Account Name to Potential report

Hi,

I made a custom report on my Potentials.  Unfortunately, the Account Name is not one of the columns that I can include on the report.  This is very peculiar.  Can anyone help me figure out how to get the account name in the displayed report columns?
