Unable to add any more Potentials

Hi! I'm trying to add more potentials and Zoho is not allowing me. The screen goes blank and a blue bar moves along with my cursor across the screen. Is there a setting that only allows a certain amount of potentials? If so, have we exceeded this amount? Thank you!
