I've already submitted a ticket for this, but this is urgent and I've not gotten a response all day. I cannot add any contacts to a contact list in Campaigns. I've tried uploading a .xlsx file, a .csv file, and just now, I gave up on waiting for a response from support and tried adding them manually. They will not save either. Sometimes I get the confirmation notification that the contacts have been added, sometimes not, and then when I go to look at the list, there's nothing there.
I've had issues with Zoho in general for the last three days, and this has been a big time sink for my company as it is delaying services across the board. I've provided support with all the evidence they requested, but this is not something that is user error, this is a problem within the system. I've got a campaign that needs to go out tomorrow morning. We're under contract with a client to send these emails at a certain time and date, and as it stands now, that's not going to happen.
This needs to be fixed now.
