Unable to add event in Other Calendar

Unable to add event in Other Calendar

For some reason I'm unable to add an event on my 'Other Calendar'.  Even when I only have that calendar ticked for viewing the calendar dropdown for both Add and Edit only shows my default calendar (attached is a screenshot).  Is there any setting I need to change to enable this?
