Hi all,

I am new to Zoho and have been creating workflows for my business process.  Just recently, as I was creating a new workflow, I realized the add scheduled action button was grayed out.  The workflow is only allowing me to create instant actions and not scheduled ones.

Is there a setting or something that might be causing this to happen?  See screenshot attached.
