Unable to add zoho imap to latest Outlook client (365) in windows

I have just created a new zoho hosted email account (lite paid subscription). Up to now I have not had problems adding this type of account to outlook (365 version). I have turned off 2 factor authentication in zoho. The outlook client is still unable to logon to incoming imap server (see attached jpg for settings in outlook).
