A few weeks ago, I created a few e-mail accounts under a specific domain using Zoho Mail. I was able to easily add my account to Outlook.
I recently re-formatted computer and downloaded Outlook again. I am now unable to add the same Zoho Mail account I had used for weeks to Outlook. This is an IMAP account, and I have checked to ensure that IMAP is enabled and I am using the same IMAP settings as I did previously. What could be preventing me from adding my e-mail to Outlook?
Inability to access e-mail through Outlook is slowing down business, so a timely solution is greatly appreciated. I have attached the error given by Microsoft Outlook.
