I have integrated the webforms into our wordpress site and when you submit the information, it gets entered into Zoho, sends an e-mail to the person who entered the information and sends and e-mail to myself. 

However, I have assigned a rule to change the record owner depending on a field that the record submitted (entitled "branch that the record lives closest to"). However, the record owner doesn't get assigned even when the selected "branch field" is different.

Is there a step I am missing so that I can assign records automatically?
