Unable to backup data, restrictions downloading Attachments2
Does Zoho CRM support backing up data? Whenever I receive the links for backing up data, I can download data1, Attachments1, Attachments3 just fine. But I always get an access privileges problem downloading Attachments2. When I report the problem to support, they do something that fixes it and then I can download Attachments2. But do I really have to do this for every single backup? Zoho CRM, please fix this problem as its root-cause (the sooner the better if not immediately) it is costing us far too much effort and is compromising our data safety program.
