Unable to change primary email
Hello,
We created a trial user account under my ID, pcookley@tabatafg.com, in Zoho CRM. We also added a couple other user accounts so we could try out the system. When deciding to upgrade we decided to go with one user for now. When we paid to upgrade it immediately deleted all the other users. That is fine but I am now unable to change the main email address to our generic company email address which is info@tabatafg.com. It states that the email has already been taken, however that email was deleted when we upgraded. We need to associate our account with the info email as the primary address. Now we are unable to send the emails we wanted to mail out today for our business.
I have tried calling the customer service but was unable to reach anyone so I left a message but have not heard back. I must say that I am disappointed in the service, thus far.
I was in search for a CRM that was flexible, easy to use, and had responsive support. Perhaps Zoho is not the CRM I am looking for.
Can you please assist in releasing this email for usage?
