Unable to Change Sales IQ Auto Response in FB Messenger
Hi all,
I admit to being a bit overwhelmed with all of the overlapping functionality of Zoho One, specifically where to change settings. I am assuming that Facebook Messenger auto responses are handled through SalesIQ.
My problem is that somewhere, somehow, I have enabled a setting that every Facebook Messenger chat request our page receives is responded to with an "Enter Your Name/Skip", and then an "Enter Your Email/Skip" function.
I would like to change this, but am unable to figure out how. I removed all Zoho integrated apps from our FB page, then added them back one-by-one to confirm that the unwanted responses were coming from the Zoho Sales IQ app, but am unable to change this default behavior. Any advice is appreciated.
