Unable to completely remove the POP email account under Mail settings -> Mail Accounts

Unable to completely remove the POP email account under Mail settings -> Mail Accounts

Hi,

I want to remove the email account id that i first set up.

I tried do so under Mail settings -> Mail Accounts however unable to remove and there is no option for this first email account that i set up.

Please advise!
