Unable to conncect to Zoho CRM

When attempting to add contacts by Synchronising Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM the message "Unable to Connect to Zoho CRM" comes up. Not sure if it is to do with the privileges of my account, although I am an admin. Any help would be much appreciated.
