Unable to connect SMTP server:mail.DOMAINNAME.com Reaso

Unable to connect SMTP server:mail.outcomeinformed.com Reason:Authentication failed

I have tried this with two different domains which are hosted on the same server and I get identical results.

Do I have to enable something on my CPanel in order to allow Zoho to send emails through my mail server?

Any help appreciated
