Unable to connect SMTP server:popmail.emeraldhost.net, Port: 587 and unable to receive on same server 995 and SSL enabled

Unable to connect SMTP server:popmail.emeraldhost.net, Port: 587 and unable to receive on same server 995 and SSL enabled

I have tried multiple times to set up my pop mail

both incoming and outgoing use popmail.emeraldhost.net

used 995 plus ssl ... no luck

used 465 and 587 with authentication .. no luck

get the error message above.
