Unable to connect SMTP server:smtp.gmail.com Reason:Authentication failed:535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted.

I'm unable to send mail from from Zoho, although receiving is fine and both sending and receiving via Gmail is fine too. TFA is not enabled. I did change the password. Screenshot below.
Can you please guide me how to solve this issue?
