Unable to connect SMTP server:smtp.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:535 Authentication Failed

I'm tring to configure SMTP in my gmail, WordPress and Prestashop and it gives me an auth error. I tried with and without Two steps auth.

Also with TSL and SSL. Nothing worked.

I allready send an email to support, no response.
