My domain ( www.ecoflexglobal.com) is being hosted by your network.

For the past two days, I find it difficult to sent out email from my email address. I always receive the below error message:

 

Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

 

My email address is info@ecoflexglobal.com. I can receive mails but cannot send out. 

 

Please kindly assist on resolving the issue.
