Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

Hello guys,

I got a spam mail with over 50 addresses in CC. I replied to it asking not to repeat it and my address got blocked? :(

What is the correct way to go about it now? I need to respond to important mails.
