Unable to connect to AWS-RDS

Hi,

I just start a new account and am trying to connect to my RDS DB.

Here is what I have done so far:

1. Created a new Security Group in AWS and added all the whitelist IP's

216.52.72.0/23

204.141.32.0/23

8.40.222.0/23

135.84.80.0/23

8.39.54.0/23

8.45.169.0/24

204.141.42.0/23

65.154.166.0/24

2. Created a new user for the Reports - 'zohoreport'@'%'

3. Step 1: Connect to Cloud Database and added the connection details for RDS.

I am getting the following error:

Sorry,there is a problem in connecting to your cloud data source.Check your connection details and try again.

Please contact our support for further assistance.

Any pointers on what I may be missing here?
