Unable to connect to messaging server.

Hi,

I getting this message ' Unable to connect to messaging server.' continuously regardless of what I do. Also, the system has been playing up today intermittently and has reported on the odd occasion that I don't have the required permissions. In some cases, it has just thrown an error message saying 'Error'.

Can some please tell me whats going on and when I cam expect to have this resolved.
