I am currently getting the following message when I try and send emails from the Zoho CRM:
"Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Please try again later. For assistance, contact us at Zoho."
Also, at the footer, we are getting messages like "Unable to connect to messaging server.Connecting in 3:21Try Now"
Is there a known issue at the moment?
I've checked the email settings - it was working yesterday and it seems to have stopped today.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
