So i have been trying to configure an iphone 6 with our company email but it keeps saying that "Ranipursugarmills" is currently unavailable. I tried changing the ports for the incoming and outgoing servers as per the guidelines on your website but it is still showing me the same problem. How could this problem be fixed.
