Unable to connect to remote server

Unable to connect to remote server

I have an email account with Zoho and I am able to send and receive emails on that.
Now I am trying to put up a website and send emails from the website using my zoho mail account.
I have been using below setting in my website and getting same error "Unable to connect to remote server".
Host Name: 204.141.32.121/mx.zoho.com/smtp.zoho.com
Port: 25
User: My Email address with zoho
Password: Password to use my zoho account
SSL: Yes/No
Please help me with correct settings.
