Unable to connect to server IMAP

I have had my Zoho email account set up on my phone for years now and for the past 24 hours, it will not sync and I keep getting an error stating "Unable to connect to server". I noticed that this happened after I logged into my email through a web browser and opted to do additional security with my cell phone number and specific codes.

I have already tried changing my password. Any ideas?
