Unable to connect to ZOHO mail via Windows OUTLOOK
I am in the process of setting up a new DOMAIN and was told that ZOHO provided free email service for non-profit organizations. I created an account within ZOHO and can access the WEB mail via the ZOHO website. However, when I try to create a new account in my Outlook to access the email on the ZOHO server, the test message sent to my ZOHO email is received by ZOHO but I cannot connect to the ZOHO email server, hence I'm unable to create an OUTLOOK account. I have tried both POP3 and IMAP but neither work.
Also, I created two users under my account and I see a green dot in one but not the other. I don't know what the green dot means?
