I have just purchased a user plan from zoho mail. However, whenever i try to create an email ID, it says that i need to purchase a user licence. 

I have already verified my wordpress domain so i can create an email account on that domain. I tried calling zoho's customer care in India but received no response.

Please help me out or issue a refund.
