Unable to create new mail account

Unable to create new mail account

I'm trying to setup a mail account using my own domain. I'm using the same connection settngs as from my local thunderbird account settings which workd fine. However, when I submit the settings page in zoho, it shows 'Creating account ...' then showns 'Temporary problem, please try again later' I've tried 3 times in the last 2 days. Looks like there's a problem somewhere. Can someone give me a clue??
