I am trying to create a Zoho Mail account for my domain https://yedown.lol but facing issues during the signup process.

Issue Details:
- When I try to sign up for domain-based email, I get an error: "We are unable to create your account right now. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com"
- I am located in Pakistan
- I want to use the Forever Free Plan for my domain
- I need to create email addresses like info@yedown.lol

What I've tried:
1. Tried signing up from regular browser - got error
2. Tried from Incognito mode - still facing issues
3. Checked pricing page but "Forever Free Plan" option is not visible for my region

My Questions:
1. Is Zoho Mail Forever Free Plan available for Pakistan?
2. Can I create email accounts for my domain yedown.lol?
3. If yes, how can I proceed with the signup?
4. Do I need special approval or verification for Pakistan-based accounts?
