Unable to delete images in File Manager

Unable to delete images in File Manager

I am currently unable to delete unused images from a landing page in the File Manager. When I attempt to delete an image, I get an error message: "An error occurred while deleting resources." the I've tried logging out, logging back in, and refreshing the page to no avail. Any ideas? Trying to avoid a cluttered image library.
