Unable to drill down within Potential funnel in Dashboard

When a user tries to drill down into the Potential funnel, Zoho shifts to the Reports screen, and the following message is generated:

Permission Denied

Sorry! You cannot view this report because you do not have the permission to access one or more modules that are part of this report.

Please contact your administrator to view the report.

This user has the following permissions:

 




What is the problem, and how can I resolve it?
