unable to edit cells?

for 3 days i have been unable to edit any cells in any of my zoho docs spreadsheets? any entry or edit is resulting in error messages ' there was a problem with your edit'. None of my documents are functionning correctly? any ideas? one file has already been shared to support but no resolution yet and I need a solution asap
