Unable to fetch mail from Office365 Account

Hi, there -- I followed the instructions here about adding pop accounts. I edited the details correctly. I have no difficulty retrieving my Gmail messages or retrieving my Zoho Mail via Gmail.

But I'm not getting anywhere with outlook at Office365, despite having read and re-read instructions on both ends. Since I couldn't retrieve messages, I set Office365 to forward copies to my Zoho account, but no joy there either.

Does anybody know how to fix this? Are there some kind of special permissions required? I'm not getting any kind of error message stating there's a problem -- it just doesn't work.
