Unable to find the URL needed in order to use the Iphone version of Manage Engine Service Desk Plus

We have Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Cloud version. We do not have inhouse servers.
How can I find the URL that needs to go in the application on the Iphone when we first open the app?
It's asking for URL and port number.
