Unable to get onto free version -

Hi,
I meant to sign up for the free version.. I seem to be on a trial of the enterprise version. Each time I try to select the free version instead, it takes me through a loop of pages to just sign in again.. and then it tell me that I'm on the trial subscription. Is there any way to deal with this? or is it possible to just delete my account and start again if that might be easiest?
