Hi,
We run two email accounts through the business and can't use either of them. I looked on the web and it seems that they have been automatically disabled and I am unable to enable them.
The email addresses are wendy AT letterfest.com and info AT letterfest.com. Both have the same issue.
The error message is:
"The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number."
I have checked all the settings and they are correct. Other people have said on the forum that you simply go into the settings section and click the 'disabled' link to enable them. But when we do this we get an error message saying that this email ID already exists. I have attached a screen shot to show you - the error is in the bottom right hand corner.
Please email me back and either suggest a work around or solution as this is a business address that is needed every day.
