Unable to get Zoho Desk to trigger Aha Idea Creation

Unable to get Zoho Desk to trigger Aha Idea Creation

This is specific to Aha IDEA ceation (Not Feature).

I have setup the Zoho Flow from Desk upon update of Status however no matter how I set it up and test there are no results.

Has anyone successfully setup an integration between Zoho Desk and Aha Ideas?
