Unable to Import contacts
Hi,
I have tried on several occasions to upload the contactl ists for my company. We have Office 2003 and I have therefore saved the files as CSV format to make it compatible. however the web platform is refusing to recognise the CSV formatted spreadsheet!
Please provide advise on how we should proceed as we are keen to test this software.
